Does M and M Meeting and Event Planning offer wedding or party planning for private individuals?

No—We work exclusively with businesses and non-profit organizations to plan meetings, conferences, and corporate events.

We want to plan a small corporate meeting with 75 guests or less.  Do you plan and manage small corporate functions?

Yes—Our planners plan, manage, and execute all sizes of corporate functions.  Whether big or small, we can create an experience that is one-of-a-kind.

Do you help with the marketing of the event as well?

Yes—We can assist you with the design and production of brochures, advertisements, invitations, and other marketing material you need to promote your event.

We have a very limited budget.  Is this a problem?

No—Whether you want to spend a little or a lot, we work to find solutions for all budgets.  Our personal relationships with vendors and negotiating experience help us create a successful corporate event that meets your specific budget.

What is the minimum meeting size?

8 people

Is there a minimum budget requirement?

No. We are sensitive to our client’s budgetary needs and work diligently within those parameters.

Do you assist with weddings and private parties?

M and M Meetings and Event Planning does not assist with weddings and private parties.

What if we only need help the day of the event?

We are available to assist with any part of the meeting or event planning process.

Are you able to oversee events outside of North Carolina?

Yes, M and M has nationwide capabilities.
